Assuming Howard's contract is up in the summer and he's on his bike, will we still get regular mentions of him?

I feel like he's omnipotent even though he's gone missing. I work opposite Pride Park and I have to drive past a big picture of him on the window of the club shop every day. Perhaps he serves as a reminder to us all.
