..that 'lovely lovely person' Hodgson on BBC Tees yesterday afternoon? What an odious churn. And a liar.

What was he lying about? Not that is really matters- the world would have been a better place if whoever threw that 50p had used a spear.

Lies in his book. Reckons he "threw bananas" at Pools fans after the play-off win.

Every time I see it in Waterstones, I move it into the "Fiction" section.

He also said that of all his "great" achievements in football his most treasured was beating Hartlepool in the play off semi finals.

Indeed he is a big lying twat then. There have been various things hurled about at Pools Darlo matches but never fruit.
His decision to claim to have thrown something soft enough not to get him into trouble reminds me of Mr MFR's accidental attack on a Carlisle player when he inadvertently hurled a midget gem. Obviously you can't condone such acts of hooliganism but it was very funny.

Odious cretin. Typically he is now leeching on the game that he "loves". Swanning around the world playing the big I-am. I genuinely despise the bloke, what a shyster.

I hope it wasnt a black midget gem or the race card would be straight out.

My mates dad threw a half-eaten pie at Ray Ranson when has playing for Exeter I think it was. Someone in red/white anyway. He even gave Ranson a sporting chance by shouting his name before launching it, and still hit the target.

For Mr Monkeybutt's info, it was still warm, long before the days of Pukka so will have been a meat/tatie combo where there was half meat and half tatie. I think the projectile will have been more tatie than meat.

I like Mr MFR's wife but I also like Gary Bennett (time at Darlo excepted). There is only one way to settle it...FIGHT!

In her defence she is a Leeds fan (I know, I know), she was at Joker Park and he was Gary Bennett.

And the fight thing would be interesting, not 100% sure of the outcome, but if Bennett trained hard ...

I heard that bit, as soon as the question was asked I knew what would be coming, how he could put that above any of his playing days is stupid beyond belief.
