The whole transfer window nonsense should be declared illegal.
What other industry is there where you are only allowed to change jobs during 5 arbitrary months of the year, whether you're out of work or not?

fully agree... and if it means we can offload players who we don't want (and other clubs do)... and vice versa... then surely that's best for everyone anyways!!!!!

the window has not worked at all, it was meant to be brought in so clubs would try out there youth players instead of just buying, great idea at first, but it hasnt happened that way, that much has been obvious for about 7/8 years now.

clubs are just buying n loaning more in a panic.

Shit we only have 4 left backs when if all 4 get injured, we need another 6 left backs!

The old transfer deadline day was far more exciting as well . Especially that year that Darren knowles, Richard Lucas, Michael brown, Jon Cullen, Paul baker, Russell Bradley, mark proctor all seemed to sign in no time....
