Linked with the ex-Torquay striker today. 30 goals in last 2 seasons...could be worth a go?!

Can't wait to see first couple of signings....should really help us see the direction the club is looking to go in this season!

Did this come from Football rumours? Agree with PJ on Howe, not up to leading Pools line- 4th division journeyman.

You're right! Thanks to your insight I've finally cracked Pools' problem- we're under-dressing. What we need to do is get some gold stars embroidered on the kit. I noticed that Bayern Munich already had four whereas Dortmund only had one- obvious who the winners were going to be in that one. They're nothing official you can just add them for whatever you like so we should have one for every season we haven't been in the bottom division. I might be a year or two out but I think that comes to something like a dozen stars so we'll be certainties for promotion next season.

Apparently Exeter and Southend after him and imagine thats closer to home for him? Even Sheff Utd being mentioned.

15 yellow cards last season and suspended for first two games of the upcoming season.

So, you may have a secret desire to be a ballet dancer, but your real job is a North Sea diver.... do you discard your diving suit and go down in your tutu...? Spot the problem...?
Concentrate on the real job in hand.

I used to hate playing against Torquay when Rodney Jack was there.

I love that we haven't had this since porter left but someone who is proven at this level is deemed not good enough for us.

I don't see any issue with us being linked to him.. Scores goals in L2 and only 26 year old.

He's always looked like a complete spud when I've seen him play.

In all fairness I am going purely on stats as I've never seen him play but on paper it looks like he knows where the net is at this level.

I drew him playing on paper, he was canny, scored a loop the loop effort into the stain left by my coffee cup.
