I just don't know who to believe... All I know now is that the chance of chew has increased massively.

Look I don't want any chew, I wasn't telling lies obviously the Grand Imperial Wizard of the FDE who has been identified on here as 'Crowe' wears the Emperor suit as he's sorted THE train and THE hotel.

Leaving 17 species of Penguin for the regular members of the FDE to choose from.

Look I'm saying too much here I don't want the threats to start again.

you do realise that anyone turning up as a penguin will be ridiculed by those in the know, that know the dress code is actually yogi bears.

And anyone dressed as a puffin will be ridiculed even more, for being a midget.

And those who don't go at all will be ridiculed and looked down upon by the FDE

You'll probably get mistaken for a Pools player and get 90 minutes if you turn up as a clown

Am I alone in thinking that the guy who started this thread will have already known what the dress up theme was. And that there may well be a cover story going on (penguins) to stop anyone else joining the FDE?

Would be even more cringeworthy mind.

They would if they were really going as penguins.

Instead they're all just laughing at you and having a sweepstake about how many people will fall for it and turn up dressed as penguins.

Thread of the Year!

If anyone else was doing this people wouldn't bat an eyelid but because people have issues with certain people it just gets took to another Level. The simple answers is if you want to go with the Lads in Fancy dress go if you don't Dont. I can't see a problem with it myself it's just a laugh, who cares what the result finishes its a day for enjoyment.......it's all so boring reading the same stuff infact its embarrassing some of the posts on this thread, and yes it was me who wrote those in the know no! #getalife

Who does anyone have issues with?

As far as I can tell no one has been named as the general tone of the thread is about making sure we keep chew to a minimum.

We asked at Donny and basically got told to fuck off so how are people supposed to join in if they want to ? Why dont one of you just tell us what the theme in is if thats easy ? You obviously know so why not just post it here and now. Whats stopping you ?

I heard anyone found telling other people would no longer be allowed to travel in the same carriage or stay in the same hotel. They would also be knee capped.

Everyone who has contributed to this thread in their normal clothes should be banned, unless you normall dress like a Penguin then you should probably be sectioned first.

Just don't understand how it's reached 5pages Chip you either want to go in fancy dress or you don't. It's all about how you want to spend a weekend away for me it's only to watch a football game and have a laugh if people don't like that then so be it.

It's reached 5 pages because it's funny.

Simple as that. But there is some truth to the FDE, a number of times people have posted on here asking what the fancy dress was for this year but nobody ever answered with a serious question, all it took was somebody from the FDE to say at the time to clear it up.

The FDE is just like the Masons, and I heard they gather regularly in secret buildings to discuss potential fancy dress themes

Has that thread really been deleted?

Anybody with a pair of working eyes could see that it was a piss take thread..which I thought was funny, can't believe people have taken it seriously and to heart.

There is no button for a mod to delete a whole topic. There is a drop-down window with "lock topic", "delete topic", "move topic", and other similar stuff, then a "go" button that asks if you really want to delete the topic.
Sorry like.
