you do realise that anyone turning up as a penguin will be ridiculed by those in the know, that know the dress code is actually yogi bears.

And anyone dressed as a puffin will be ridiculed even more, for being a midget.

And those who don't go at all will be ridiculed and looked down upon by the FDE

If anyone else was doing this people wouldn't bat an eyelid but because people have issues with certain people it just gets took to another Level. The simple answers is if you want to go with the Lads in Fancy dress go if you don't Dont. I heard anyone found telling other people would no longer be allowed to travel in the same carriage or stay in the same hotel. They would also be knee capped.

Everyone who has contributed to this thread in their normal clothes should be banned, unless you normall dress like a Penguin then you should probably be sectioned first.

Some of my contributions to this thread have been typed bollock naked.

At least one was in women's clothing.

Just don't understand how it's reached 5pages Chip you either want to go in fancy dress or you don't. It's all about how you want to spend a weekend away for me it's only to watch a football game and have a laugh if people don't like that then so be it.

It's reached 5 pages because it's funny.

Simple as that. But there is some truth to the FDE, a number of times people have posted on here asking what the fancy dress was for this year but nobody ever answered with a serious question, all it took was somebody from the FDE to say at the time to clear it up.

The FDE is just like the Masons, and I heard they gather regularly in secret buildings to discuss potential fancy dress themes

There is no button for a mod to delete a whole topic. There is a drop-down window with "lock topic", "delete topic", "move topic", and other similar stuff, then a "go" button that asks if you really want to delete the topic.
