A summary of his interview.

We weathered the storm. Up to the (2nd) penalty incident if anyone was going to score it was us.

I’ve had two referees phoning me apologizing for giving unjust penalties and I’m sure this one is going to do the same.

We've given away 14 penalties and 7 were unjust.

If you can give a penalty against Accrington Stanley, you do.

(for the red card) Nelson was into him and intimidating him and it was a yellow.

If he'd have stayed on we'd have got something out of the game.

If their player was dishonest (like us) he'd have gone down.

These ropey decisions won't change.

Never in a million for years for one second did I think he was going to give a penalty. He'll regret that he's made those decisions.

They've told the ball boys not to chase the balls!!!! to protect a 1-0 nil lead against 10 men. Unfortunately we couldn't get the goal.

They started the run in controversial circumstances and that's promotion for them in controversial circumstances.

Next year if we are consistent like Hartlepool we'll be knocking on the door of automatic promotion.

I think they're starting to believe their own bullshit. All that media attention has twisted their perception a bit.

A large part of which clubs I like and don't is based on how they treat a fanzine seller. Only Accrington and Torquay have allowed me to sell inside the ground this season, so they're both OK by me. However, I'm starting to lose patience with the Stanley World View.

1) and who's goalkeeper was blatantly time wasting in the first half when it was 0-0?

2) What was controversial about it? Your player spat in one of our players face

3) No you won't, you're total shit hence why you've been in the bottom 4 of a god awful division. fuck off.

I think this man needs psychological assistance.

He's hearing voices in his head.   stpid stpid stpid

...alternatively, hew knows that the majority of fans of his club didn't go and those that did are being somewhat delusional about how they performed (we hadn't threatened to score until the penalty? Hitting the woodwork twice doesn't count then?) and can feed their fans the sort of line he knows will go down well. Bear in mind they don't have a Pools World type service either, so most of their fans will only have had the coverage on the local news to go on - given they fall into Granada Land, they'll probably have had all of 30 seconds.....

..but in the days of the internet, etc, is it really possible to get away with stuff like this nowadays? I suspect not.

It looks like it is though, the Accrington fans that were there on Monday largely seem adament that they deserved to win 4-0!

Is drug use that rampant in Accrington...?

Think of it like this. In Burnley people still point at aeroplanes when they fly past, and Burnley is the big modern city compared to Accrington.

 Top notch mate! How can he justify the sending off!
I find it even more ironic that on the VitalFootball site Colman said that the lad that got sent off should be 'Shot'
