You can't beat it can you?

We're bottom of the league and its been a dull couple of years especially if you watch your Pools games at Victoria Park, and by any standard some of the displays this season have been indescribably bad.

But despite this thanks to an upturn in form, and the fact that our next opponents are in a terrible position I am looking forward to tomorrow nights game.

I've resigned myself to relegation, so any pride or miracles before the end of the season will be welcomed with open arms and a grin.

After our recent reasonable results we'll probably lose tomorrow night. bbolt

Am looking forward to tomorrow too. Loved the notts county game. We're 99% relegated imo but every win now delays the inevitable that little big longer and gives us a tiny amount more hope.

it just goes to show though, Pools fans really don't ask for that much. We want to just LOOK like we can play the game and maybe even win.

Losing is fuck all - hell, who is more used to that than us lot... it's the surrender and the unwillingness to get stuck in and the lack of mental strength which caved the fans' collective heads in for 5 months solid

I couldn't be a Poolie if I was a pessimist.

I certainly don't think all is well, but I'm looking forward to the next few games.

I don't care who plays or if we go down as long as the team plays to win and I enjoy my time at the football, if I wanted to see a team that won everything I'd be a man united sheep, or if I wanted to see the 'best' players I'd pay for Sky.

I suppose at least Flinders will never be implicated in any betting scandals.
