"Hi hufcsam. I cant use the club badge. It is copyright and IP of Hartlepool United. I have had a few people asking for me to put the badge on a tee and its a definate no im afraid. Would get into serious bother. However I like the idea for the t-shirt. I will have to use something else instead of the badge though. I will do a few more designs in the closing stages of the season now and hopefully a champions one to boot. Im not going to post any more links to any of them now due to the sheer amount of abuse I have received from so called fans of the messageboards. Mainly the bunker board to be fare. I will just stick them in my store as I do them. If any fans want them they are there if not then thats fine too. Thats what a free market is all about at the end of the day.

Personally I have no issue with members of this board posting adverts as long as they are active members. Katcha for example has written a couple of excellent books and I don't think anyone would have a problem with them being plugged shamelessly - because he contributes to the community of this board.

I do however take issue with people joining for no other reason but to spam the board with adverts.

I told him straight up that his idea was, which he agreed with, profiting himself and no-one else. Our idea is purely for other fans with no profits made personally whatsoever.

He even went on the offensive first by outlining the fact that he didn't want us to breach his copyright - what copyright?! We could even use Joe Allon on a shirt and his defence wouldn't stand up in any court of law!

And even after I mentioned why he was wrong (i.e., blatant advertising and personal profit), he accepted his guilt and asked where he could donate to!

It makes my piss boil.

Anyway, it's incentive for us to make sure we over-take him. I've been a tad busy lately but will do a few things shop wise...

If you have read that thread then you will have seen he has apoligised, so can people just forget about it and get of hes back.

I don't really see what the problem is, If people want to buy hes t-shirts then thats up to them, If not, then just don't buy them.

It's hard to read a 500 word paragraph on a message board, so it's pretty difficult to decipher it.

P.S. Dan, I'm going to be busy for a while but if you could turn those files on our email account to .vga's or whatever they're meant to be, upload them and I'll sort a few more ideas out with you soon. I should be properly free on Sunday evening and Monday outside match hours ;)
