Not many, it really is quite an achievement and the players should all be very proud.

Brilliant win................simply brilliant.................well done to all of them.
The best part is that it was no fluke and thoroughly deserved.

If we were 10th this morning this would have been a fucking great win, as it is its like a Christmas miracle.

I hope it will give a platform to build on so we can at least drag ourselves to a level where there is a hope of us dodging the drop.

The icing on the cake would have been if Sweeney had actually decked Collins.

I'm reasonably happy with 2-3 though!

Great result. From what I heard on Tees it was only what they should be doing plus some extra graft. Same again on NYD or it will be worth nowt.

Hopefully, Mr Hughes has cracked it.

Two much maligned pensioners won the game today.

Knowing Mr Fireball is like and what a great gambler he is he will have lumped on Sheff United but also been laying them off in play or something like he does and made a tidy sum

I bet you he has

We battled from kick off. The early goal seemed to inspire everyone and without sounding as if I being biased could have been 3-0 up. have to admit once they equalised I feared the worse but they're never really tested Flinders(fault for first goal) We did exactly same to them second half in getting an early goal and when the third went in well I thought I was in a dream. each and everyone of them deserve praise today.

Richards tore a new arse by Robson couple days ago played really well
Howard lead the line and got 2 goals the second a good header right in front of the Poolies
Walton first half hour showed he can play football drifted out a bit but kept rallying the players around him
Franks MOTM in my opinion
Wyke playing well but ankle injury forced him off in first half
Collins Hartley Horwood all played well and everyone was putting their body in way when they had to

Can anyone say they saw it coming well I can't but hey before today we had 23 games left we've created a record by going longest sequence without winning now all we have to do is equal our longest sequence without losing and we may stay up. Performances like that and we have a outside chance even though that may sound over optimistic. Preston on New Years day then 11 days off before next game maybe like our last period of about that many days without a game we got out blocks and started to play better maybe some more time on training pitch without a game and we can dream that more may come right

Cannot disagree with Mr F Bob.

Walton, for the first thirty minutes, showed my earlier comments to be a foul.

Howard, for both goals, showed 'HE CAN'.

A great game.

A great day out.

And then, to those 'Blades fans' who tried to attack my son in the rail station.............

I hope that you are sore......particularly you dark haired little geek, cos next time the polis won't save you!

For me those 195 should've been honoured in the New Years Honours list, especially after our recent form. clappp
