A pointless site.

Mr Williams shot his bolt when he unceremoniously closed down the HUFC 2003 or was it 2004 site and pretty much instructed everyone to migrate to rivals.

Oddly enough, Tickhill is like a miniature Harrogate about six miles north of Worksop. They all have six toes on each foot.

John Craven wasn't even born there........

Glad we provided some entertainment boys n girls. Being called a twat is a bit unfair thoe. Anyway i'm from Hartlepool and Tickhill is from Hartlepool, so you can't say all harrogateonions are twats and tickhills have 6 toes coz they don't. although i haven't checked for sure!

Tickhill doesn't wear a Hartlepool jacket to reserve matches does he? Narrows it down a bit I know...

No, no I'm sure Tickhill Poolie has the requisite number of toes. It's if you're born and bred in Tickhill that your wife is likely to be your auntie as well.

Ergo, if you weren't born and bred in Harrogate, you're unlikely to be a Yorkshire twat either. :sweeeet: :sweeeet:

And indeed an apology is required regarding Tickhill.

It emerges that they only have six toes on their right foot and they marry their Grandma, not their aunty.

Sorry!! :uhoh:

Most people I know in Haoorgate say Starbeck is rough

Starbeck is about as rough as West Park

yes Starbeck is the rough end. Mind you it will probably make the brus look like west park.

Home of Harrogate RailwayF.C. who were televised in the F.A. Cup a few years ago. Played against them a few time myself, they used to have a canny club house.

Ah but didn't he play for Harrogate Town? a different club altogether.

Tony Canham who played for Pools started out at "Railway" before going pro with York.

Yeah, Aspin is the manager at Town who've got a good chance of promotion this year. (To the Conference I think)

Harrogates manager is Neil Aspin and the other day they offered free entrance to try and encourage the crowd as they keep dropping points at home. They are in the playoffs and have been in the last few years but keep bottling in. Don't get big crowds here as Harrogate has alot of migrating or temporary population. Folk still tend to support their own home town like me. I have been in Harrogate for 25 years and have never visited the ground which is pretty bad really. You can't take the pool out of a pooly.
