Heard today that Tinkler has started coaching Boro under 15s.Sounds like its the end of his career at Pools.

Pity its not Pools under 15s but good luck to him all the same. :sweeeet:

I thought Tinks struggled a bit in the ressies against Grimsby tbh, maybe the injuries have caught up with him.
He has been a FANTASTIC player for Hartlepool United, a true midfield general who could dominate every single opposition player in the centre of the park

He played well yesterday, although I can't see him surviving in League One.

I wouldn't imagine that coaching the U15 is a full time job (quite a few players seem to do it at other clubs), as such I'm sure he'll still be playing next season.

Whether or not thats at Pools though is a diffierent matter.

could be that he is earning his badges and needs to go there as we have more coaches than you can shake a stick at
as with Stevo ging to the mags in the past

seconded i hope he gets a chance at another league club if he is released, he has been a huge figure in our success in the last 6-7 yrs and i hope he gets something sorted if he is away.
