Train ticket prices in this country are nothing short of a disgrace.

Location: i am busy right now, can i ignore you some other time?
Hartlepool to York on Grand Central £15 open return leave 907 (arrive 1016), and 1251(arrive 2)... you won't be able to use tickets on East Coast so need to know time(s) Grand Central back. There one at 10:01 I know that much I got it today.

Buy online in advance for York to Scarborough two singles for £16:50... cost is £31:50 but if do that you will need to be on specific train(s) if miss them then tickets not valid on other trains and you will have to pay the fare cost on the day, whatever that is. In advance £8 one way £8:50 other if buy on day £14:80 one way

Trainline add there fee go direct to train company

You lot make using trains sound like a chore. Is it really this complicted to get train tickets at reasonable prices?

Trains are shit anyway. They only stop at train stations.

And THEY are never where you want to be.

Ryanair.

Shotton to Pickering and walk the rest.
