Toshack/Keegan...ok not in the premiership per se, but the old first division which became the premiership.

They won't gel and Rooney will leave Man. Utd by the start of the 2013/14 season...you heard it here first.

All worked yes but on paper were talking the best 2 forwards in Europe barring ronaldo IMO

As much as every1 seems to hate Rooney he is awesome and rvp is player of the year for a reason. I hate man u with a passion but can't see them not winning the league now

Man U came in with an extra £2Million bid otherwise he was on his way here for a medical.... Now I'm only interested if that line is in fact true

My team was called double acts. I can't remember my defence and keeper but birmingham and sheff utd rings a bell then my team was.....

Jones/freestone
Bowyer/bridges
Yorke/cole

I led the thing nearly all the way through, losing the lead on the penultimate week. I won my last game but lost out on goal difference To a 90th minute Kevin Phillips penalty. Was sick as fuck but the £500 runner up cheque sharp changed it. My late father also lost out on goal difference a season or 2 before me. It was the season Mutley was on the roof v millwall. I remember because jones scored a last minute winner to give me a win that week. Bridges was banging em in for Leeds and bowyer was a 1m leftover selection at end but bagged some vital goals for me

Van Persie has had one prolific season in his time for Arsenal.
He has had his share of injuries.
He is nearing thirty.
I think it is a risk.
But hey, Fergie's record is better than mine.
A repeat of last season would set up the title but we'll see.

Any combination you care to mention because at this moment in time they have scored a goal between them in a game, so only time will tell
