Should be a decent game - at Grayfields Enclosure with a 6:30 ko. Hartlepool had a decent start with a 4-1 on Saturday in their first game of the season in the Wearside League. Get yourselves along....

7-4 win to Hartlepool in the end - great game. At home again on Wednesday to Richmond with a 6:30 ko.

Who plays for Hartlepool FC ? Didn't you say last season that Stephen Halliday had signed.?

Yes, he has mate - although he plays as a deep-sitting midfielder these days I think. He hasn't made his full debut yet as he was suspended for the first game and he was working last night. Hopefully he will be playing on Wednesday though - we might need him as Richmond are one of the fancied teams for the league this season.

Two quid to get in - only a quid for concessions. With officials fees of over one hundred quid per home game we need every penny we can get. We have to charge admission anyway as it is a stipulation of the Wearside league.

Wilf Constantine is the new manager this season, ably assisted by Paul Pringle. Steve Halliday is also helping out on the coaching side as well.

Richmond are nothing special, they have a decent centre mid but thats about it. Keeper is short and fat, just asking to be lobbed!
