Apparantly this only applies to Microsoft Windows 2000.

Could be one of two things, 1) A driver problem. In which case, find out the name and product of ur driver and update it. 2) According to the Microsoft website it could be a problem with Falstaff.sys (In-System Design, Inc, http://www.in-system.com/) and I would check it out for you but Orange Broadband is fu cked at this time of the day and doesn't work properly and won't load large websites.

Before my connected d/ced again, I was about to say that "In-System Design, Inc (http://www.in-system.com/) will most likely to be the company behind your problamatic driver and they'll provide an update for you.

If it is XP and the error actually says usbport.sys not usb port sys, then it is probably a problem with a driver for a usb connected device, such as a mouse, camera, modem or whatever, and is a pig to diagnose and fix.
If it doesn't crash in Safe Mode (press F8 as XP starts), or go to Start, Run and type msconfig, then select diagnostic startup, then it is a driver problem.
If it does crash still, then it is probably faulty hardware, unplug all usb connected stuff to check.
