Dear Bob,

There will never be a whip on any subject on PHF Cllrs.

We are waiting for the presentations to Cllr,s on the 25th June, however, as a member of the planning Committee it would be unwise of me to express an opinion which could be seen as pre determination.

I'm not opposed to the idea but have reservations in giving away such a valuable asset. Again there needs to be more info.

Regards

Geoff

It not backing as such, there hope there at least he just hasn't written off the idea and he states that PHF Cllrs won't be made to vote as one.

As for the Mill House Develpoment we have a very open mind on the whole plan but without the fine details it would be wrong to form a firm opinion at this stage. It is my understanding that a presentation will be given. Erg soon with all the details.

Regards

Ray Wells

Couldn't agree with this more, HTH isn't taken seriously by many people because their good points are interlaced with so much personal abuse and sniping it is embarassing to believe they're wanting to be taken seriously.

I'm 100% certain being drawn into an argument there is futile as all of their members are dug into their position and a tank won't budge them.

believe me, it will. Turnout in future elections will be way higher than at present... with one aim.... to vote against every Labour politician in the town

The point has to be made that if they let us down, there'll be a price to pay, it won't just be forgotten. As Roosevelt said ...'talk softly but carry a big stick'
