As I'm not a registered voter in Hartlepool, I will be limited to what I can say to any Councillors ( or Arseholes as per new spelling), unless I 'relocate' to one of many relatives addresses for the purposes of putting forward our case. I will certainly be attending the meeting on Tuesday.

but can you not get relatives/friends to send emails etc to counillors on your behalf but appearing to come from them
