...which is better standing or balcony tickets?......taking my 3 sons to see the Stranglers next week and dont want the youngest to not be able to see....any advice?

I've only been once and that was for the Vaccines and we were standing. There is a raised bit where the bar is and you can always see the stage from there. I always prefer standing for gigs

It's ok standing if you get in early enough, the bit behind the bar has seating at the front and a decent bit to lean on.

The bar in the balcony is always quieter though.

For the stranglers I think a seat ticket and then getting there early so you get one at the front with more legroom and a bar to rest your head on when you fall asleep would be best.

Paulus just booked for the stranglers today i,ve always sat in the balcony for the gig because its easier for the bar and tiolet and at my age thats a must see you on the 22nd.
