For mother's day I'm taking me mam and me gran to the Chinese for dinner.

Our lass reckons I should get them a present as well.

Both me gran AND me mam were talking about how nice mint plants were the other day.

Would be it be good of me to buy both of them a mint plant each, or does it look like I've lazily gone for a 'buy one get one free' easy option?

If a buy a different herb plant for one of them (eg Thyme), she might think I'm favouring the other one she knows they BOTH like mint. I don't know what other herb plants they like so I might get it badly wrong. Please help.

Will normal polos root alright or will the boiled fruit ones be OK?

Boiled Fruit ones whilst delicious don't root too good....you have to get the Acidity of the soil spot on!!!! confised

Original Polos you could plant on a pavement and in the spring you'll have all the Mint you could eat with your Breast of Lamb!!!! :sweeeet:
