I'll always have a soft spot for them....2nd Team and all that....but since they got promoted back into the Premiershit I've lost interest!!!! confised confised

I looked at their Team the other day when they played Everton and I couldn't pronounce most of the names never mind know who the feck they are!!!! confised sadx

I reckon I could easily name more players from the 82-83 promotion Squad than the Squad who played on Saturday and the squads from the last 5 years!!!! confised confised

sadx

Can't be so bad, they were playing us 8 years ago. I remember a 17 year old Steven Istead whacking their full back.

11 Minutes in and just proves what is wrong with Football now!!!! sadx

Rich owners who haven't got a clue about Football!!!!

And that is why I haven't got a clue about QPR at the moment....Not Interested....

To me Football is about Effort & the Will to Win....not Money and Rich Bastards coming in and using Football as a Game of Monoply....done everything else what can I now buy....a Football Club!!!! rage

Thank God for I.O.R and Sir.Ken....and trying to keep it real!!!! :coool: :coool:

Sorry if anyone has posted about this before but I just found a film about the last four seasons at QPR. The trailer is here- http://www.guardian.co.uk/film/2012/jan ... n-qpr-film

I thought Mr Mutley might beinterested if he hasn't already seen it but it looks well worth a watch for anybody with an interest in the football related shennanigans of the super rich.

If anybody has already seen it, is it as good as it looks?

I watched it on BBC iPlayer the other night and it is pretty good.

Some scenes are really cringeworthy and you do have to feel for the supporters.

I think they got lucky in the end to gain promotion after a turbulent 4 years.

I can imagine certain bigger clubs being run in a very similar way too....scary stuff condsidering the miilions they are dealing with and little or not respect for your average supporter!
