Richie Barker had made no attempt to discuss a contract renewal and is planning a move back to Rotherham as he feels they are a bigger club. Barker has been influential this season and has notched a total of almost 20 goal for Hartlepool and single handedly scored them to the top of the table alongside his former Rotherham team-mate Proctor.
