Bands you forgot about

The Wonderstuff, rediscovered them again. Forgot how good they were. Saw them live last friday at Live lounge in Durham , cracking and nice to see a band genuinely enjoying performing. Any fellow "Stuffies" on here?

eight legged groove machine is a brilliant album. i think the likes of the sniffy Nme didnt think they were cool enough, but they were great.

Yea two members of the band have died, Rob "The Bass Thing" Jones (died July 1993) and Martin Gilks, drums (died April 2006). Been listening to the Eight Legged Grrove Machine and Never Loved Elvis. Great albums, I thi
nk Miles Hunt got up some of the music presses noses and they never really got the recognition they deserved and were in the end written off as a bit of a joke when they did Dizzy.
Go to You Tube & listen to Miles Hunt & Erica Nockells accoustic (Can't get the link to copy). Sound good live, better than in their hey day.

Mr band, Mr Dog took our name from Red Berry Joy Town. Brilliant song by a brilliant band.

I went to watch them headline the Avalon Stage at Glastonbury instead of watching Bruce Springsteen. That's how much I like them
