I am having asparagus with melted mozzerella wrapped in panchetta, then for the dressing olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. Really easy to do and tasted great.

STOP TALKING ABOUT FISH AND CHIPS!!!

This is one of the days when I'd lose a bollock for fish and chips, maybe some mushy peas, bread and marge and a pot of tea..........

Apple crumble and custard.........

Back soon, some manipulation is in order...

I've just finished a Garlic and Herb Spatchcock chicken that we bought for £2 from Tesco and I cooked on my new BBQ :coool: :coool:

All washed down with ice cold Heineken.

Had a superb chicken breast last night. Bang it flat with a heavy pan, put a bit of grated lemon rind, fresh thyme and parmesan on top and then cover it with a slice of serrano type ham. Fry in olive oil for four minutes on the ham side and three on the other. Best way to eat chicken breast ever. Just toast for breakfast though.
