They always say don,t count your chickens.
If we have a poor season we may not actually average crowds of 6000.
A lot of "part time" supporters will quickly desert a losing team.
Not being a party pooper, just never tempt fate.

For the record I think we will have a decent season.

These sort of fantasy scenarios are very popular with a section of the Darlo support, at the dimmer end of the spectrum... or as we'd call them in Hartlepool ... gullible.

To be fair to DOTU - At least he has admitted that he got things wrong. I've not been on D@rlo Uncoverd today but as far as I am aware Mr Poolz has avoided those topics :grin:

Fish and chips yeah, sometimes I'd strangle a panda for fish and chips, but if I want a smart breakfast, we have a German butcher here who makes sausages to order, so I can have eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried bread and a smart cup of Vietnamese coffee whilst watching willowy Chinese lasses sashay past and somehow, fish and chips doesn't matter so much.

Life has it's natural compensations. :grin:

The thing is, "Mr Q" said - clearly - that he'd change his name to Poolz for THE 2012-13 SEASON, if you average 6,000+ in the 2011-12 season. You have not averaged 6,000 for that season yet, because it hasn't happened. It is fair to say then that you've jumped the gun by changing "Mr Q"s name.

I'm sure he would have requested a name change at the appropriate time being a man that keeps his word, and I'm also sure he'd never log on in a million years as Poolz when it has been prematurely forced on him by a mocking Poolie.
