I have a friend who is a Leeds fan and he was going home from the Leeds match and had Wolverhampton's local radio on and he swears that it said Walsall fans were celebrating promotion. Now if I'm right, the only thing they should be celebrating is avoiding relegation as the 2nd team this season to avoid it. Surely a bit premature?

Only thing I heard about was apparently 2 walsall "fans" who left the game after Barnet scored moaning. Well serves them right for being so totally stupid to leave after 20 mins!! I'm glad they missed the rest of the game

Yes, you were always in with a chance of winning with 80 mins remaining, it wasn't like you were facing a team that goes a goal in front and rarely gives it away.

Celebrating promotion? We've got our feet very much on the ground, still loads of points, twists, turns, ups and downs for everyone involved in the top 6 before the any of the auto places are decided. I don't think any football fans would jump the gun on this issue either......sounds like a misunderstanding by your mate (might be the odd accents we have)
