According to the club shop this afternoon, we have sold around 1,000 tickets. However, we have been given 2,500 tickets (initially) for the Darlow match and there are only about 1,500 season tickets holders.

As for the ticket numbers. I have mine and that's all i care about. If you sell more than us then kudos to you and bah humbug to the sad people of Darlington who deserve nothing but contempt for failing to turn out and support their local team.

It wouldn't be as big an issue if your lot didn't keep ranting on about how we delayed the sales of the tickets - we've just proved straight away that it really isn't an issue!

What are the chances of us outselling you? You reckon they'll give the Darlo tickets out to schoolkids from Carmel and QE to make it slightly more Loids than Poolies? :grin:
