Watched 7 episodes of 'The Sopranos' upto now....loving it....but needed a break and watched this....

Not fussed on Nicolas cage but he played a brilliant part in this....7/10!!!! :coool:

An amazing film and superb performances by Ben Kingley and Jennifer Connelly....(she's cushty)....10/10!!!! :coool:

Can't believe I hadn't even heard of this film until a few weeks ago!!!! :shock:

Just watched House of sand and fog last night and its well worth a watch

Ben Kingsley is fantastic in it, mind you i watched it with our lass and she was crying her eyes out at it but its a very very powerfull film

Also watched The Town and thats a cracking film.

You really have to watch the Extras on the DVD just to appreciate how good this 'Film'* is and how it was made with just £100,000!!!! :shock:

The DVD is available from Amazon for £2.99 with free P&P!!!! :shock:

*Not really a 'Film' in that sense....more of a collection of beautiful songs but with bits of brilliant acting from non actors inbetween!!!! :coool:

Listening to the Soundtrack now and I've just ordered it from Amazon!!!! :coool:

Gonna have to check out The Frames now!!!! :coool:

mutters there's a shop at the metro centre you would love its called thats entertainment and sells dvds for next to nowt i bet you could spend all day and a small fortune in there,i came out empty handed there was that many i did'nt know what to buy they also sell computer games and cds

It's class.

It does new and second hand stuff, all for relative pennies.

And a lot of the second hand stuff is stuff that you can't get new anymore too.
