Just got back.....really was just a freak game and don't think anyone seen it coming with way we have been so resolute away from home and form we are on

heads went down at 2-0 but an absolute blatant penalty turned down early on when 0-0. Hard to really criticise players as just nothing went right but thought Austin had an awful game and monkhouse was anonymous once again, as well as picking up yet another needless yellow.

Ref was poor throughout, no consistency.

Anyways onwards and upwards and hopefuly we can get back to basiscs at Watford on Saturday......I trust Mick will get a response

yes i could see why everyone wants the second string to be played.....they are on fire at the moment, and therefore its going to be difficult to get a result; a draw is last thing either club probably wants

In Mick we trust

It is an FA Cup 3rd Round tie - we should treat it seriously.

Otherwise, what was the point of beating Yeovil in the replay ?

I thiink we should play our strongest team at Watford, we should be looking to get through and get as far as we can in every competition. I would also take a draw, it is because of half arsed attitudes about the FA Cup that the competition has become undervalued. Hopefully Paul Murray will be fit because it sounds like he was missed today...!

I'm now expecting that the lads will go to Watford and redeem themselves with a performance that will at least make us proud after the game.

Yes, im going to bite again. By beating yeovil we could have got man u, skunks etc in the third round instead of watford (and lets be honest it is a dreadful draw)

Given the way watford are stuffing everybody in the championship its unlikely we will get a result there no matter what team we play unless watford play their youth team/ressies.

lots of us would rather focus on the league and see if we can nick a play-off place.

While it may be unlikely that we will beat Watford on Saturday, I expect us to try Watford a really good run for their money.

We've knocked Championship sides out of Cup competitions before.

If it happened once, it can happen again.

100% disagree.

We're playing Watford, not Brazil.

I thought we'd seen the back of the Turner days where the attitude was that we couldn't possibly get a result at teams that are better than us.

We've won three out of our last four away games and have found away of frustating teams on their own patch, I see no reason why we can't go down there and get a draw and bring them back to the Vic. The impact it'll have on our play-off push will be far outweighed by the potential benefit of a big team in Round 4.

It'd be an insult to the players and fans not to take Saturday seriously and thankfully Wadsworth is clued up to this.

The longer we can stay in the top half and climb up, the more I think the crowd will start to come back.

Yep, and a result against Watford would help this too and show some of the stay-aways that they should be getting off their backsides and down to The Vic.

And if we do manage to beat Watford and get a good draw in Round 4 then surely that would help attendances too? For example a home game against somebody like Tottenham in the next round with vouchers given out at league games for cup tickets would surely help the attendances if we do have three home games in a week in February.

Think positive, we CAN beat Watford. We might not, but we can so why not give it a bloody good go?!

There's also the £67.5k for winning a round 3 tie to take into consideration
