We beat a good side out there today, a dirty whinging side but a good side non the less.

Was quite surprised to see Haslam go centre back and leave Liddle in middle but boy it worked, Liddle put some amazing tackles in in the middle. Haslam solid at centre half too. The change of moving Humps from left wing to centre forward worked perfectly and got us playing. Brilliant stuff from Wadsworth.

Particular praise to Mcsweeney, Liddle, Hartley, Humphreys, Horwood actually every single one of them was fucking great!

Brilliant day only spoilt by no one decking either Dickov, his assistant or Taylor.

Definitly hit his hand but don't think he knew much about it. Some get given so
e don't but referee was a complete idiot. I have no idea where 6 minutes of injury time came from either

The pass across field which led to Humphreys goal was sublime.
Also unlucky with a header near the end.
Watching pools is unreal.
Brilliant.

I'm surprised none of you mention Murray, who was excellent I thought. They tried to get in our faces and succeeded at first but he swung the game back in our favour with some hard work and good use of the ball.

Brilliant at times but some awful touches and passes that put us right in trouble. Dont think he is used to being closed down that quickly. Still great though!

..I've never seen Browny win as many headers as he did today, he grafted well as they all did. Haslam excellent, when he clocked their big lump (unintentionally) it was worth a goal start for us.

Really enjoyed today's game. Even at one goal down, I didn't really think that they would go on and win the game.

And I think the ref was a sadist who was pissed off at the abuse he was getting from the crowd, that's the only explanation I can think of for the six minutes added time. My feet were frozen stiff.
