I have never ever been a smoker but I reckon that I almost might as well of been with the amount I have chucked away on internet poker and in casino's....

One of the lasses I work with reckons she is giving up 'Coronation Street'..!

To be less vocal at games well with regard to the bad language I sometimes (well always use) at the opposition and officials.

..I intend to try and cut back on listening to the radio, while watching Sky Sports, while checking the internet, while sourcing my phone, TV text pages, and at the same time checking with other members of my family.....simultaneously.... for the latest score updates at our away games on the day concerned......incase I miss the slightest piece of detail.....to improve on my carbon footprint.
