How many times so far this season has that been said about us? I don't want to start being negative but another loss tonight has made my mind up not to go on Saturday.

I didn't go tonight cos I didn't fancy driving to Sheffield and back on my own but I did catch a few seconds of Radio Tees and heard Brownlee (I think) say that Pools approach play looked good but we missed that bit of bite in front of goal (or words to that affect).

It has been obvious to pretty much everyone who has seen us play this year where our major weakness lies, and I know tonight was a minor cup competition but we simply do not have a goal scorer at the club who can take up the mantle and that problem needs to be solved soon because the bottom of the league will be a shite place to spend winter.
