Dicky Dosh has got a bee in his bonnet about the lack of atmosphere at Bescot. Strange that ,when you play snail-paced football, ending in a hopeful punt forward that ends up on the head of the oppo centre half, the crowd don't really get excited.

In order for Walsall not to be top after next Saturday, they would have to lose at home against Stockport on Friday and we would have to follow that by winning by a margin of ten goals minus whatever the score in the Walsall game. (nine would put us level but they have scored more so would remain top)

For example

Walsall 0 Stockport 1
Torquay 0 Hartlepool 9

we have 2 tough games coming up Lincoln Friday and Stockport away on Tuesday.

Really need to win, I think we will on Friday. Tuesday is another matter Stockport are on a roll at the moment (and it's mine turn to drive so can't even have a drink to make me happy  )

We could do with someone taking the wind out of Stockport's sails, but not on Tuesday. We play them quite soon and they are every bit as much in form as ourselves. They really are hurtling up on the rails.

Ideally for us you will draw with Lincoln and lose at Stockport while we beat Torquay and Macclesfield. And if the wheels could fall off Stockport's bandwagon at Accrington on Saturday while MK and Swindon are losing as well, that'd be grand.

So where do I sign for that little lot?

would you like a cherry on top of that sir??
