It already has in the past and several users were threatened with a High Court libel action which essentially meant that theywould risk their house to defend it. It should be pointed out that this action was from a previous manager not from HUFC.

Nevertheless, its a timely reminder that speech is not always free and opinion is one thing but accusations and slander are quite another.
