Mrs Tuck became concerned that playground games were becoming too rough after a number of instances of bumped heads.

You've got kids running about the playground having fun and laughing and pushing and shoving like we all did, like they always have, even in Dickensian times,and she calls it 'offending' and worse accuses some of them as 'persistant offenders.' Are they the ones having the most fun and learning quickest to socially integrate then??
