Personally I've never done hostage rescue training but Jesus, neither have these guys. Where is the speed and agression? Stun grenades anyone? explosives to blow the windows out? Diversions?

I've just been reading the obit of Reginald Levy, who was the pilot of the plane taken over by Black September bods in 1972.
After a night of being held captive with the passengers, Levy was sent off to the Israelis, with messages from BSO. He then returned to the plane with Israeli replies. I suppose a bloke with his sort of character couldn't have lived with himself if he'd thought to save his own skin first, but .....pretty inpressive.
