Radio Hartlepool has Joe Allon on the breakfast show tomorrow , giving his views on Turner's departure. Programme runs 6-10 so I wont hear it, not sure of the exact time it on though.

its what they do these days snowy, sky do it all the time, manager gets sacked, get a former player on to to talk about it, he knows nothing about what happened, he has no inside info, but he is a former player, so he has some pull and people listen.

He'll say nothing we dont already know and everything we dont care about.

Many will be the same as you. I posted it for information only.

The fact is a local radio station will get opinions from anyone who has had any sort of connection with the news subject.

News is never really just news nowadays they always get some ones opinions.

The mail tomorrow will probably have a 2 page spread asking people in the town centre for their opinions as well. Some from people wearing premiership shirts due to the fact they will know they have an interest in football. They'll probably even print a picture of some in them shirts regardless of the team.

Quick edit...Yubep beat me to it

Joe will be desperately reading this board for something to talk about tommorow, pretending he is in the loop with insider club info and in touch with the fans. Good luck Joe.

Shh! Bye the way the buttler did it!

He'll say his bit and it'll be along the lines of "the club needs to pull together and move on, good luck to Chris Turner'.

Apologies, I wasn't having a dig at you Bob, just expressing my world weary thoughts of the prospect of him enlightening the listening public with is insider information and grasp of club politics.

True. And I will continue to post my incorrect rumours. You never know one day i might get a scoop and be right.

Highly unlikely but if I say enough things one may just end up being at least partially true.
