My two pence for what it's worth. CT has resigned because of 1 of 3 reasons:

1) KH told CT there was investment coming into the club and it's gone boobs up. Therefore he has been unable to strengthen the squad with the players he wanted and he's ended up with the 3 we've got who are hardly great signings.

2) MW, while a great move IMHO, has put pressure on CT and shown up his short comings so he's done the decent thing jumped before he's pushed.

3) The low attendances in the first 2 home games have finally forced KH to act (although I personally disagreed with "fans" boycotting games).

Let's hope MW is given a chance and the fans come flooding back.

Good luck to CT. I have met him and he's a bloody good bloke. While not the best mamager in the world he wasn't the worst.

Apologies, these were 3 options I'm suggesting. I've amended my post.

Have Pools ever not put on a game and took a fans money. NO.

You pay to watch a game, whether that by season ticket or through the turnstile.

They may not play as well as we want them to but you get what you've paid for i.e a 90 minute game of football.

As I've said I would like more information but I don't think it's my right. Your posts , and I may be wrong, read as if you believe it is a fans right to know everything.

For example if a previous manager of the club (going back to 1908) had been sacked/replaced for some misdemeanour, which then affected his personal life, do you think it would be right to put that reason on the official site. I'm not on about something that was illegal just something on the grounds of the Terry/ Crouch case.

If the leaving is amicable and agreed to be kept confidential that's fine by me.

We too far apart on this issue to ever agree but I won't get as upset as some simply because of a short statement issued by the club which says almost nothing.

I do believe Turner deserved some thanks in the official statement for his previous work and the fact that he was probably still giving 100% to the club. But that's not a full explanation of the reasons he has gone, he may have asked it to be kept confidential if something had been put in the statement like that then some would still want more.
