Tuesday 31st August Northampton(H) in JPT, it's a ludicrously early kick off again.

7pm.

No tirade from me mate.

If that's what Pools think is best and will get them the biggest crowd then fair play to them, that's life and there's nowt that I can do about it except decide whether to rearrange work and stuff to get there or not.

Sorry to disappoint you like.

I'm more bothered about whether we'll put a proper team out and try and win the thing as opposed to what time they're kicking off and whether or not I'll be able to get there. If I don't make it to some of the early round games I doubt that I'll need the stubs to get a Wembley ticket.

It was tongue in cheek topic subject...but that a complete turnaround from this time last season..... But well done it as you say, if it gets better crowds then that's what matters.

And yes lets go for it.

Doubt I'll be going, with Wigan and Sheff Wed next week I'll probably miss the JPT game because even at 10 quid for that and 15 for Wigan it makes August an expensive month for home games and I'd rather miss the cup that even we don't take seriously than the league matches.
