I dont know if anyone mentioned this over the weekend but did you see them young lads of about 6-8 on there dads shoulders after Blackpool won it was great to see. His hair was painted oranged and he had a smile on him as big a cheshire cat pumping the air with his first at the final whistle.

I know they are in the Premier League and I am hope they do well, but shows you what attractive football can do to get people back into our ground and not only that but get them in young. I dont know whether I was just mad as a kid but went with my dad during the bad old days of the Gibson years but still loved going.

Thats not the point I was making but simply that if we get another two good results I think this will bring the fans back. I wasnt their at the weekend but from everyone I have talked to we played well in the first half and kncoked the ball about well providing entertaining football.

Saw him on Sky sports news.

He got the new blackpool shirt, a signed ball and met a few players.

Oh and got tickets to the Arsenal game.

I'm a little bit confused by the headline, "Oh boy, this is what the Premier League is really all about."

I totally fail to see what non-obvious point they are trying to get across. Surely they can't be implying it's not about money??

maybe it's just about living the dream, finally making it to the top division, and then winning 4-0 on the opening day, surely that is what football is all about?

But losing 6-0 to Arsenal next week will bring that dream back down to earth.

They've managed to make it into the top division in this country basically on a shoe string.

That has to be admired.

There are no dillusions that this will be anything other than a one season wonder and i really think there fans will live the dream and enjoy every minute of it.

They have already showed they are not going to sit back and defend, 4-3-3 they play and none of this 4-5-1 bollocks.

They'll be great entertainment value.

If Turnip showed 10% of the emotion and desire that Holloway does, we would have a better chance, that man has the charisma of an oven chip!
