My landlord used to have a special sign over the optic, in front of the bottle, doctored to read "Captain's Organ".

Always preferred Coruba of the mainstream brands, but Appleton's is the best upmarket one.

Yeah, it's made from grapes right?? And you have to have five portions of fruit and veg a day, OK??

So if you have five big rum and cokes, you've had your 'five a day.'

And you'd be right.
But this was obviously grape rum. It's a bit like barley brandy or cactus vodka with a worm.

I'm the same with whisky following an 'incident' in Picton, Liverpool :uhoh:

As for the game, I shall try and choke back the tears as we grind out a valiant 1-1 draw

Actually, I'd be really pleased with a draw at this point confised

Grapes ...molasses...pah!!! What's the difference?? :uhoh: :uhoh:

Sugar cane is still a vegetable so he's STILL getting his five a day, and that's what's important for the lad. Not all this pedantic squabbling about the finer points of horticulture!!

And like he cares as long as he gets mortal anyway......  clappp rolfl

I won't be, I was the des on Wednesday to Old Trafford so I get to have a drink at this one.I'm always happy when I'm drunk :uhoh:

Think it's going to go 1 of 2 ways, we raise our games against the better teams in which case it's 3 points for us. We forget to turn up and just go through the motions and come home with just 1

You seem to be ignoring the third (& much more likely) the one where you go home with NO points

We have WON our last 6 home games, without conceding a single goal
