Acording to the main site the following is the starting 11 tonight.

Rafferty
Haslam Defender
Johnson Defender?
Pedersen Defender
Roberts Attacking mid-fielder ?
Fredriksen Wide mid-fielder?
Blackford Striker
Larkin Striker
Mckay Striker
Behan Striker
Bjornsson Striker

Ok so someone explain what formation that lot are going to play, given that we have been employing a 4-5-1 in previous games.

Roberts is a Left back by trade, maybe Larkin & McKay on the wings?

My guess would be...

Rafferty
Haslam Johnson Pederson Blackford
Larkin Fredriksen Roberts
Mackay Bjornsson Behan

...with Blackford and Roberts providing the width from the left, and Mackay and Larkin from the right. Fredriksen would play at the back of the midfield, leaving Larkin and Roberts to support Behan and Mackay, with Bjornsson as the central striker. But we may want to look at Roberts as a left back as well.

that looks more likely clappp

Undecided. I've got some work to finish off tonight so I wouldn't want to be late getting back to town. If I fancy the drive I might come down to watch the first 60-70 minutes. Or I might not bother.

I'll be going to Richard Whiteley Bay tomorrow.

I'll probably be there tonight.

See one look at that side and its obvious Tubby doesn't know what he is doing "we need more goals - I know I'll put on 5 strikers that should do it" idiot

At least we haven't lost our star striker with a dislocated elbow tonight.

Have we?

Johnno played ok. He nearly scored in the first couple of minutes with a cracking header that hit the bar. That apart he was pretty solid against a strong and difficult opponent, and he got a good half-block in that probably prevented a goal in the second half, though the ref missed it and gave a goal kick. Not sure if he could have done better with either goals but they were both great strikes. I missed the last 20 minutes so I didn't see Blackford.

OK. thanks!
