How long does it take to get used to it? It just ain't the same.

off it - just going down stairs for one as it's 11:11 - one of those rituals.

been sugar free for 24 years now and can live with it now.

I used to take three teaspoons of sugar in a mug of tea, but decided to give up sugar for Lent, and I haven't taken any in either tea or coffee since.
