 Post subject: Greasy spoon or football club?
PostPosted: Wed Feb 07, 2007 6:15 pm
I have just seen from a link on Rivals that the derby tickets have gone on sale from the white elephant, bearing in mind the 'song' thread on here the other week the vast majority of the artiticle being taken up by this announcement;

"Meanwhile bookings are coming in fast for the club’s ‘Brunch or Lunch’ Packages in the Ron Greener Suite before the match. Fans can set themselves up for the match with the ‘Full English’! Only have a few tables left for Chef’s spectacular breakfast: Bacon, Eggs, Sausage, Beans, Hash Browns, Tomatoes and Mushrooms. Only £5.95 including tea or coffee.

If you don’t fancy breakfast, then why not join us after the match for our famous Sunday Carvery. We are serving the usual three Roasts, Yorkshire Puddings and Vegetables from 3pm onwards. At only £5.99 this is the best way to end your match day. If you are feeling really energetic why not book both.

For more details or to make a booking please contact the club on (01325) 387 000. "

did make me chuckle......

Dessert ....ing the stadium in droves after the match

Followed by coffee and excuses after eight.

Err...for some reason I'm fascinated with that picture Katcha. What is it? What's it supposed to mean? Where did it come from?
And are you going to become obsessed about the obafemi obsession and stalk him round the Bunker with the question mark held aloft.
Maybe I've clicked. Are you questioning his sexuality?
Not sure he'd have a soft(?) spot for Boydy mind, if that was the case

I'd have a guess that it's a poster from the student demonstrations from Paris '68?
