Has annoyed me so much this world cup, if your from ghana, and are so passionate during the games, why play for france?

Everytime itv flick to him gutted when ghana concede or celebrating when they score i feel physically sick.

It's like Ryan Giggs watching Englands games and cheering when we win or crying when we lose.

Agree about Desailly, but the fump has Giggs got to do with it? He's Welsh, why would he care about England?

Ok bad example, i thought giggs was actually born in england, but he was born in wales then moved here.

Forget i said that part now.

It's like owen hargreaves being on tv if canada get to the world cup and celebrating if they win!

So he feels some affinity with the country where his parents were born, is that really such a despicable crime? Some of the pointless spiteful drivel on here makes me sad and angry in equal measure.
Oh, and Ryan Giggs played for England schoolboys.

no ones said it was a crime, i just wanted to discuss it with like minded people and see if i wasnt just the only person out there who think he's an annoying bandwagon jumping pleb who if he loved ghana so much should have played for them instead of picking france cos they were better at the time.

Poor mans tony yeboah, a true ghana legend, who actually played for them!

That is all yossarian, my work here is done.

Haven't we got more important things to worry about than whether a bloke born in Ghana wants Ghana to win a football match.

I was rather drunk when I wrote this. Ironically it is pointless drivel.

Its one of my pet hates, foreign pundits, i'm sorry but there's no need for them(well actually i'm not sorry), most of the time you struggle to understand what they are saying and because most of the time English is not their first language, they struggle to get their point across and just keep repeating the same sentance. Mind you, i also dislike most of the other pundits, especially Lawrenson, Mr.Negative, i don't think its been a great world cup but after five minutes of every game he starts moaning and going on about the crowd doing a mexican wave, aren't they supposed to be there to make the game more interesting, not bore everyone stupid!
