....and all that's in the fridge is.........half a red pepper, some rocket, 2 end slices of a brown loaf, 1 slice of Sainsburys honey roast ham, a raspberry yoghurt, and half a tub of Philladephia light...any idea's?

Look in the freezer, there might be some nice crunchy ice cubes to go with it.
