Well done Pools on staying in the third tier for a record fourth consecutive season. To all the knockers Chris Turner made one master stroke signing: Roy O'Donovan. Without him we would have gone.

Now a sense of persepctive 2 seasons of 5th off bottoms means one thing. We will be bookies certs for relegation.

Next up management: Reverse the buy in bulk 13 players of 12 months ago. Instead release as many as it takes, including some senior pros, to free up wages to make O'Donovan an offer worth his while. Just 4 signings are needed @ left back, centre back, centre mid and your striker is O'Donnvan. Release squad players as we might as well play kids as subs. Get rid of certain squad players and a couple of senior pros who will be too injury prone next season.

As to the manager I believe it will be CT - but do we need West or could Sir Richie get a player/coach offer with no wage increase but another year on his contract? Discuss
