Just been on the phone to my dad, who went to the match yesterday, he said was talking to his mate and that he heard that Turner was going to go upstairs as chairman as Uncle Ken is buggering off to Norway.

Amazingly - I was told a similar thing last night - that a new chairman may be on the horizon - but it wasn't Turner! Same source perhaps!!? (I laughed at the idea) rolfl

How about this for next season;
Turner back upstairs as Director of Sport overseeing Richie Humphries as 1st Team Player/Coach.
West as Reserves Coach.

Overall no, or very little, increase to the wage bill.

Jim Gannon is a tit but maybe some of our players need a 'tit' in charge.

A perfectly decent nice enough bloke can't seem to get the best out of them.

He can be a rarf and a doyle or even a horse noncer as long as he gets good results I'm happy.

Well that will be me not renewing my season ticket if it happens. We need a fresh face in charge with no friendship issues with the players.
