Never mind in charge, the way I feel I will have serious doubts if he's still at the club in any capacity.

He was clearly holding us back when Wilson was still here, do you not think Wilson knew what areas needed strengthening if we wanted to go forward? Deep down did Turner always want the job and had ulterior motives for not backing Wilson in the transfer market? He's had a major influence on all the recruitment over the last three seasons, Budtz and Lee Barrett, Colin Larkin, the foreign lads who don't get a look in, the beginning of last season when we only signed two players, not having any full backs. He's had an influence in all of that. He hasn't just failed in charge of the team where have the club gone since he became DOS? We've drifted in a malaise of apathy and mediocrity.

He deserves to lose his job altogether, it's a shame and not a nice thing to say but that is how I feel. He might say he loves the club, but I'd love a club that paid me enough money to live near Throston Golf Course.

Yes, I am a supporter and I support Hartlepool United. I don't though have to necessarily support the manager of Hartlepool United. And what else would I do on a Saturday afternoon.

I'm not saying I wouldn't go anymore I just couldn't justify shelling out £400 at once to a club that has no interest in what just about all of the supporters think. I love having my season ticket but it would have to be a matter of principle I'm afraid.

i go to every home game and always will. Paying the £400 (or hopefully cheaper next season!!!) is easier and better for me.

Don't blame anyone who says no like!

No. I'll probably go to the games on a match by match basis - which means that there needs to be a reason not to go (performances / results).

I suppose it's a sort of protest at how they have let things slip. They need season ticket holders as it gives them certainty over funds.

With Scott, you could tell the fans were angry. With Turner, the fans are losing faith in the club - and that is much worse.

When Scott was in charge, the crowd at his last game in charge was 4421 (against a team who were also struggling in the league). We had 3536 on Saturday against a team looking for automatic promotion.Make of that what you will...

My sentiments exactly.

The Scott season came on the back of a superb campaign in which we were arguably very unlucky not to be promoted to the Championship. Given that you'd expect the attendances to remain relatively high. This season by way of bleak comparison has come on the back of two season of largely poor football the very last one in which we were lucky to avoid relegation. Again, you'd expect crowds to be poorer.

I, therefore, don't think you can read too much into the attendances you've quoted.

No whatever division we are in, if He's still in charge, there's no way I'll be renewing.

I'm leaning more towards watching grass-roots football these days so I'll probably pick my games from next season rather than getting a season-ticket. Plus the fact if the club are going to make offers during the season I won't have to make a decision pre-season anyway.

Its sad. I never thought I would see the day that so many 'loyal' fans would leave because of the manager. Dont get me wrong, Im not having a go. I would expect a miserable sod like me or Tree to vote with our feet but there are people on this board who have been going to pools religiously for many years and now look like jacking it all in. Turner really knows how to f*ck things up sadx truly a verrucae on the sweaty foot that is HUFC.

Not only will I not purchase a season ticket for next season I will be selective when I do attend a game. I will limit myself to 5 or 6 games.

This season which is my 14th season as a season ticket holder I've missed 5 or 6 games. I don't care where the blame lays anymore I've just lost interest.

If he is still on the payroll at the vic in any capacity I won't renew my season ticket, I'll be selective about home games and might attend a few more away ones instead.

I will still renew...F****** stupid I know but Pools mean more to me than him and I will support the players, whoever they are just not him.

I may make a protest in other ways, no pre season home friendlies, no JPT , no Coca Cola league cup 1st round.

I could be convinced to attend the JPT if it looked like we were trying to have a decent run in it.

Not much of a protest I can hear you all saying but Pools are a love to me, just ask the ex wife, it was high on the list of reasons we got divorced, and I am not divorcing Pools simply because of the incompetent sorry incumbent manager

Probably not- I might think about it if Turner fooked back upstairs even though I think he was a large part of why Wilson left.
Some of it will also depend on what the club decide to charge. 18 bar is too much for footy at this level especially as my two lads are now wanting to attend the Vic.

The cheap tickets for under 10s has helped & credit to the club for this but I've had enough of Tubster even if he does keep us up.

If we go down I'll choose games & watch Billy Town assuming we don't close them down.
