if that does not demonstrate lack of belief then I don't know what does
The team hasn't won a single game after going behind

Honestly how is he still in a job?

It's beyond frustrating. I don't think I've spoken to a single person in the Town for a couple of months who thinks he should still have the job.

So in total after last nights game that's 32 points dropped after taking the lead in a match.

How is he still in a job.

It's only 29 points we've lost after taking the lead (I say 'only'!).

The table now includes last night's game.

Still 29 points dropped. If we had stuck them out and won we would be level on points with Millwall.

so the strange thing is.... the team has the gumption and the bottle to take the lead... but then not to defend it... or any idea how to defend it

That is management - purely and simply
A really bad bunch of players wouldn't take the lead so often because they wouldn't be good enough to take the lead so often in the first place
That is exactly how IOR should be looking at this

That is the positive way to look at this. Oldham may look to be much better than us being top of that table, having not lost a single match after going ahead. But in reality they just haven't been good enough to take the lead very often this season.

Even if we'd been average and only lost 16 points from winning positions we'd be on 52 points and GroovyCrimes dream of automatic promotion would still be on.....just
