in the Mail says we are waiting for Scunny to fail and then pools are in like flint
seems as though Duffy likes sunny Hartlepool to grimey Scunny
but is our offer enough to tempt Brown to part or their board rather than Brown

mind you the Mail could have been written on Monday

Talking of the Hutchmeister, you may be pleased to know Sarf that I have faithfully kept a copy of his promise on our Rivals board to walk naked around the Marina if Pools finished ahead of Darlo. By my reckoning, he will now be doing one of the following:
1) Denying it ever happened
2) Claiming it was a bet that no-one took him up on (only in his mind, to everyone else it looks like the same sort of think that saw Bernie Slaven in Binns Window)
3) Claiming that Darlo WILL still finish ahead of Pools
or 4) Wibbling incoherently (how would we know the difference?) and planning a long holiday starting from April until oooh, 2015.....
